• Terms and Conditions of the Travel Raffle

  1. Participation Requirements:

     • The raffle is open only to persons over the age of 18 years old.
     • Participation involves the full acceptance of these terms.

  2. Restrictions on Use of the Prize:

     • Travel must be requested with at least 3 weeks in advance.
     • It is not allowed to travel in Easter, Thanksgiving, New Year and Christmas.
     • The room category is Ocean View Standard.
     • Transportation will be by Suburban or similar type vehicle.
     • The flight may be operated by Aeroméxico, Viva Aerobús or Volaris.
     • The raffle voucher has a life of 1 year.
     • The trip is not transferablecan not be resellor exchange for money.
     • No changes to the itinerary are allowed once the reservation has been confirmed.
     • In the event of not being able to travel on the available dates, the prize will be considered as waived without right to reimbursement.

  3. Expenses Not Covered:

     • The award does not include taxes, tips, meals not mentioned, travel insurance and other personal expenses.
     • Any additional expenses will be sole responsibility of the winner.

  4. Responsibility of the Agency:

     • The agency is not responsible for by:
       • Any misuse of the voucher.
       • Customer behavior in the hotel.
       • Any illness acquired during the trip.
       • Force majeure affecting the trip.
       • Airline cancellations, changes in hotel policies or any circumstance beyond your control.
       • Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes or any other force majeure. In these cases, the agency does not guarantee refunds or reservation changes.

  5. Winner Behavior:

     • The winner and his/her companions must comply with hotel and airline standards.
     • Any misconduct may result in the cancellation of the trip without compensation.

  6. Travel Insurance:

     • It is strongly recommended that the winner acquire a travel insurance.
     • The agency is not responsible for for accidents, illness, loss of baggage or other incidents during the trip.

  7. Documentation and Travel Requirements:

     • The winner is responsible for having valid passport, necessary visas and any other entry requirements to the destination.
     • In case of non-compliance with these requirements, the agency will not be able to reschedule the trip or grant compensation.

  8. Modifications and Cancellations:

     • The agency reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the raffle for justified reasons without prior notice.
     • If the trip cannot be carried out for reasons of force majeure, the agency reserves the right to offer an alternative trip. similar travel alternative.
