In order to design and plan an awesome trip, we need to receive the request at least 2 months in advance of the date of your trip.
As an agency we charge a PLANNING FEE for designing and planning your trip. You can check more information about the Planning Fees on this site: Planning Fee Pricing Plans.
We try to be as transparent as possible in our pricing.
To start the booking process you need to register the traveller's information, pay 50% in advance of the PLANNING FEE and sign the Terms & Conditions.
The rest of the PLANNING FEE and the Concierge Fees need to be paid three weeks before the trip in order to receive the confirmations and day by day itinerary in the APP.
Every trip is UNIQUE so the process of reservation and quotation of the trip may vary. We will advise you via email or during the orientation calls what will be the process regarding your trip specifically.
