How to book with us
In order to book a trip with Vilu Travel we need you to request your trip at least 2 months in advance of your travel date so that the trip can be arranged in the best possible way.
As an agency we charge a PLANNING FEE for designing and planning your trip. You can check more information about the Planning Fees on this site: Planning Fee Pricing Plans.
We try to be as transparent as possible in our pricing.
To start the booking process you need to register the traveller's information, pay 50% in advance of the PLANNING FEE and sign the Terms & Conditions.
The remainder of the commission is paid to us upon delivery of your entire trip to you 2 to 3 weeks prior to your trip.
