What's included?

Mexico City Segment

October 14th. Arrival in Mexico City. Lodging in Polanco.
October 15th. Tour to the Pyramids of Teotihuacan: with round trip transfer from Polanco, English speaking guide, entrance fees to the Pyramids, pulque tasting and local food. Rooftop Party in the evening.
October 16th. Walking tour of the Historic Center with English speaking guide and transfer from Polanco to the Historic Center.
October 17th. Departure from Mexico City.
Lodging in apartments in Polanco (4 people per apartment). High speed wifi, coworking area, furnished 100% apartments, 24/7 security.

Price per person Mexico City Segment: $512 USD*.

Segment Oaxaca

October 17th. Arrival in Oaxaca. Overnight in Oaxaca.
October 18th. Full day tour in Teotitlán del Valle with English speaking guide, includes fabrics and candles experience, food cooking lesson, lunch with Zapotec family and round trip transfers. Dinner at Criollo, with a 7 course tasting menu.
October 19th. Mezcal Tour with English speaking guide, includes round trip transfers, visit to the agave fields, mezcal tasting and lunch at a small local restaurant.
October 20th. Departure from Oaxaca.
Lodging in Oaxaca. City Centro Oaxaca (2 persons per room). Includes high speed WiFi and coffee in the morning.

Price per person Oaxaca Segment: $733 USD

To be added in Mexico City Segment

*Private party: October 16th. Open bar and a kermes with traditional Mexican food. ($187 USD per person)

*A minimum of 40 people registered for the tour / activity is required for it to take place. In case of contracting it and not reaching the minimum quota, a refund will be made.

To be added in Oaxaca Segment

*Transfer from airport to hotel. October 17th. Transfer airport - hotel for 10 people. ($13 USD per person)
*Optional dinner at Casa Oaxaca. October 19th. Includes 1 entree per person, 1 main cours per person, 1 dessert per person and 3 hours of open bar. ($121 USD per person)

*A minimum of 20 people registered for the tour / activity is required for it to take place. In case of contracting it and not reaching the minimum quota, a refund will be made.

Travel insurance - Optional

If you chose only one travel segment, the insurance cost will be $75 USD.
If you chose both travel segments, the insurance cost will be $100 USD.

Insurance will be provided by Allianz Travel Insurance.

Terms and Conditions

The quotation is based on a group of 50 people.
Deadline for payments / registration:
- Deadline: September 16th.
Prices and availability may vary until payment has been made.
Prices may change in case the group size changes from 50 people.
The trip is NON-refundable.
Payment must be made in dollars, via credit card.
Each participant is responsible for complying with immigration requirements to enter Mexico.
Vilu Travel Designers is SOLELY responsible of what is mentioned in the "Includes" section is fulfilled and the "Add On's" in case they have been selected.
Each traveler is responsible and aware of the possible consequences of traveling during a pandemic and that it is possible to get infected with Covid 19 during the trip.
Each traveler is responsible for all expenses that may be incurred as a result of a Covid 19 infection.
Each traveler is responsible for their conduct and their consequences.
