Unik Travels LLC ("Unik Travels"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, with its principal place of business at 330 N Wabash St, 23-156, Chicago, Illinois, 60611, USA, and Employer Identification Number (EIN) 35-2641348, operating under the trade names Vilu Travel Designers, Balam DMC México, Mai Vilu, Vilu Safaris, and any other trade names that Unik Travels may operate under now or in the future (collectively, the "Brands"), is responsible for the collection, use, storage, and protection of the personal data of its clients, participants, and users.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES Unik Travels' business activities include, among others, advisory, consulting, and design of personalized travel itineraries and experiences; intermediation in the booking of transportation, accommodations, and services with tourism providers; the organization and sale of excursions and travel experiences offered by the company or planned at the request of a client; and the coordination and delivery of travel documentation.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT We may collect the following categories of personal information: (a) Identity information: full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, and photograph; (b) Government-issued identification documents: passport (current or expired), driver's license, state ID, or other government-issued identification; (c) Contact information: mailing address, email address, phone number, and social media handles; (d) Financial information: bank card data, billing address, and payment information, solely for the purpose of processing payments to travel suppliers on behalf of the client; (e) Travel-related information: travel preferences, frequent flyer numbers, loyalty program memberships, dietary restrictions, medical conditions relevant to travel, and emergency contact information; and (f) Technical information: IP address, device information, browser type, and session data collected through our Website at https://www.vilutravel.com.

3. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION We may collect your personal data in the following ways: (a) when you provide it directly to us through our Website, by email, phone, messaging applications such as WhatsApp, or in person; (b) when you visit our Website or use our online services; (c) when you accept our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy through our Website; and (d) when we obtain information through other sources permitted by applicable law.

5. DATA RETENTION Personal data, other than bank card data, shall be retained for a period of up to five (5) years following the conclusion of the trip or experience, unless you expressly request in writing the deletion of your personal data prior to that period. Bank card data shall be automatically deleted upon the conclusion of the corresponding trip or experience.

6. DATA SHARING AND TRANSFERS Your personal data may be shared with and transferred to the following categories of recipients, as necessary for the provision of the Services: (a) Travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, cruise lines, and other service providers, for the purpose of making and managing reservations on your behalf; (b) Entities that directly or indirectly form part of Unik Travels, its affiliates, and its Brands; (c) Third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, such as payment processors, technology providers, and marketing platforms, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations; and (d) Governmental authorities, when required by applicable law or legal process. Your personal data may be transferred and processed within and outside the United States, including to countries where travel suppliers or affiliates are located. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to such transfers. If you do not consent to the transfer of your personal data, please send your written statement to contact@vilutravel.com.

Your continued use of our Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy.
