Who will teach the Yoga, Meditations and Temazcal sessions?
The sessions will be taught by LYF experts who are certified in Hatha, Vinyasa and Ying Yoga as well as by Amate Camp experts.

Is required INDISPENSABLE In order to participate in the recall, have a NEGATIVE result of a PCR or antigen test no older than 48 hours at the start of the event.In case of not having a NEGATIVE result when arriving at the event, participation in the event will be denied and the cost of the trip will not be reimbursed.

The retreat is exclusively for women.
The minimum age to participate is 18 years old and you need an official ID.
The withdrawal is NON-refundable. If due to force majeure the withdrawal cannot be carried out on the original date, the date will be changed.
